First cut potatoes long piece,heat kadai put oil heat it add jeera,fry onions,ginger-garlic paste add tomatoes Haldi masala red chilli powder some water fry all masala with this paste add some water add salt to taste,add matar (totally optional)

Add potato in it when potatoes cooked add eggs porch sprinkle some salt on porch cover it one side cooked split it cooked both sides.
