Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cupwheat flour
  • 2 tbspoil
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • For Stuffing
  • 6big potatoes
  • 2 tbspgreen chilli paste
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped coriander
  • 10-15finely chopped mint leaves
  • 1 tbspchaat masala
  • 1 tspgaram masala (optional)
  • 1big lemon
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • As Per RequiredGhee for cooking paratha

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead the medium, pliable dough. Cover and keep aside. Wash and pressure cook potatoes. Once the steam is released, remove them, remove peels and mash them.

  2. 2

    All ingredients and salt into mashed potatoes, add lemon juice too, and mix well.

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into equal parts. Take one and roll, put prepared stuffing in centre and gather sides in centre and seal properly.

  4. 4

    Now roll paratha again with a light hand. Use dry flour in rolling to avoid sticking.

  5. 5

    Further heat the skillet, cook paratha little from both sides without ghee.

  6. 6

    Then apply ghee and cook from both sides on medium flame.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with curd, raita, pickle, chutney, etc.
