Ingredients

2 persons
  • 2 cupsMakke ka atta or yellow corn flour
  • 1/2 cupwheat flour
  • as required Water
  • as required Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and add water slowly to make soft dough.

  2. 2

    Cover it for 5 mins.

  3. 3

    Then, knead it again, it becomes soft.

  4. 4

    Heat the tawa, take a small ball of dough, roll it thick, not so thin.

  5. 5

    Cook on tawa from one side on low flame, then flip it, cook from other side.

  6. 6

    Then press it with a cloth and cook completely. Ready to eat
