Simple Chana Masala
Chana Masala prepared with basic spices.
Steps

Soak Chana overnight, pressure cook with sufficient oil + salt. Strain water.

In moderately heated pan, add oil, add cumin seeds, allow to crackle, then add onion and sauté till pinkish then add ginger + garlic + chilli and sauté for few seconds. Add tomatoes + all spices and stir fry till spices turn aromatic.

Add boiled Chana land sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Then add water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Water should be added as per preferred consistency.

Chana Masala is ready.

Enjoy with roti / paratha
