Ingredients: 750 g beef mince; 1 onion diced; 1 Green pepper diced; 1 red pepper diced; 340 g tub philadelphia cream cheese (or what u can get); 8 pk large tortilla wraps; 1 tbsp ground cumin; 1 tbsp smoked paprika; 1 tbsp garlic powder; 1 tbsp oregano; 1-2 tbsp hot chilli 3; 1/2 ground coriander; 1 tsp chilli flakes; 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional); Salt and pepper to taste; 3 tbsp butter melted; 3 tbsp flour; 2 cup milk; Half pack of philiy cheese; 1 tsp white pepper; 2 tsp smoked paprika; 1 tsp oregano; 1 tsp chilli powder; 2 tsp garlic powder; 2 tsp cumin powder; 1 tsp coriander powder; 1 tsp parsley to decorate

For the Taco meat
750 gbeef mince
1onion diced
1Green pepper diced
1red pepper diced
340 gtub philadelphia cream cheese (or what u can get)
8 pklarge tortilla wraps
Spices for meat
1 tbspground cumin
1 tbspsmoked paprika
1 tbspgarlic powder
1 tbsporegano
1-2 tbsphot chilli 3
1/2ground coriander
1 tspchilli flakes
1 tspWorcestershire sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
The cheesy sauce
3 tbspbutter melted
3 tbspflour
2 cupmilk
Halfpack of philiy cheese
1 tspwhite pepper
2 tspsmoked paprika
1 tsporegano
1 tspchilli powder
2 tspgarlic powder
2 tspcumin powder
1 tspcoriander powder
1 tspparsley to decorate

In large pan brown mince and the onion and half of the mixed peppers, drain next

Add the spices and cook for 5 mins,add half of the cream cheese and mix well,set aside

For the Creamy cheese sauce melt butter in a pan add flour stir for 2 minutes add remaining peppers and spices to roux

Add milk and mix until sauce thicken, then add remain cream cheese season to taste set aside

Start filling wrap with a spoonful of beef mixture, roll tightly and place into a grease pan

Continue until mixture runs out

Top wraps with the creamy pepper sauce,sprinkle with parsley, bake covered for 30 mins @180°c

Uncover and bake for15- 20 mins or until browned and bubbly
