Dough:- Add salt, kasuri fenugreek, carom seeds, garlic, green chili and green coriander paste to the dough and mix it with the help of water to make a soft dough. Keep covered for 30 minutes.

Stuffing:- Heat oil, add green chilies and onions and fry for some time, after that add all the vegetables and cook on high flame for 2 minutes, add salt, chili flakes and mixed herbs, cook for 1 minute, cool.

Parcel making:- Take a thin roti out of dough and roll it out, put stuffing in the middle and put grated cheese on top of it,

Fold the first side on one side by applying water and fold on the other side as well, after that fold the remaining two sides by applying water.

Apply oil on a hot non-stick tawa (griddle) on low flame and roast it till it turns golden brown on both the sides. Serve hot by adding chili flakes and mixed herbs.
