It's summer, and there's nothing like enjoying a cold kulfi. Today, I was craving kulfi, so I made some at home. I had some mawa on hand, so I bought some milk from the store and made this quick and delicious kulfi. It's very tasty and comes together quickly—make it whenever you feel like having a treat!

Heat the whole milk in a pot over medium heat until it thickens. Add the cardamom powder and mawa, then cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the milk mixture has thickened, add the chopped nuts and turn off the heat.

Let the mixture cool, then pour it into kulfi molds. Cover and freeze for 8 hours.

Remove the kulfi from the molds and enjoy as shown in the picture.
