Steps
- 1
First, gather and set aside all the ingredients.
- 2
Boil the milk, then let it cool in the refrigerator. After a while, place it in the freezer to chill it further.
- 3
Wash the betel leaves thoroughly and chop them into small pieces.
- 4
Chop the almonds for garnishing.
- 5
Scoop the gulkand into a small bowl and set aside.
- 6
Roughly chop the pistachios.
- 7
In a blender jar, add the chopped betel leaves, gulkand, sugar, and a little milk. Blend well.
- 8
Add two tablespoons of cream, then transfer everything to a larger blender jar. Add the remaining milk and blend until smooth.
- 9
Your paan shots are ready. Serve topped with chopped nuts and rose petals.

You can add ice cubes if you want. I didn't add them because the milk was already very cold from the fridge.
