Wash & Soak the urad dal for 4 hours. Drain the extracted water. Grind the dal till smooth paste and pour out in the mixing bowl. Add the salt, hing, and ginger chili paste. Whisk till 2 minutes and make a batter thick flowing consistency. Heat the oil on a medium flame.

When the oil is properly hot moist your finger with little water and drops the one tablespoon batter with your fingers one by one in the oil. When One side is golden brown flip the all Vada stir and fry till both sides are crispy golden brown. Remove the vada on kitchen paper for 20 seconds. Then dip in the water for 15 minutes. Put the vada on your palm one by one. Press and remove extracted water and arranged it on the plate.

Take the curd into a bowl. Add the salt. sugar and beat them till creamy structure. Make an Imly and Jaggeries sweet chutney. Then all other ingredients take a ready.

Arrange a vada on the serving plate.2 tablespoon curd spread above. Then 1 tablespoon of sweet chutney is spread above. Then red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander leaves, and shev sprinkled above.

A very delicious, mouthwatering, tasty Dahi Vada is ready for Serve.
