Soak moong dal in water for 20 minutes.

Grind it after removing water along with green chilies and salt.

The batter for vada is ready. Shape it into round balls.

Now, deep fry the balls in hot oil and keep them aside.

Beat the yogurt nicely and add salt, chaat masala, and red chili powder. Mix well.

Add the fried vadas and mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves, pomegranate, Sev, and cumin powder. Serve and enjoy!
