Chhena Pantua
Pantua or gulabjamun is a traditional dish of odisha.
Steps

Take a mixing bowl put all ingredients except sugar,oil& cadamom.

Nicely Mash the chhena on your thim of the hand.

In the meantime heat a pan add sugar,water & cadamom to make a one stand chasney.
- 4
Heat oil on low medium flame.Make small balls from chhenamixture.deep fry the balls.
- 5
Dip the balls on sugar chasni.Rest it 2hour,than it's ready to eat.
