Ingredients

2 Servings
  • 1Cucumber *cut into bite-size pieces
  • 100 gshelled Cooked Prawns
  • 1-2 tablespoonsKimchi Flavoured Sauce
    Kimchi Flavoured Sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Shell and clean Cooked Prawns. If you use frozen shelled uncooked Prawns, thaw them completely and leave them at room temperature for a while, then cook in boiling salted water in a saucepan avoiding over-cooking. Then drain, cool in cold water, then drain well.

  2. 2

    Combine all the ingredients.
    *Note: A small amount of Sesame Oil can be a good addition.
