  2. 170 grmsall purpose flour
  3. 2tbspns of milk
  4. 125 mlvegetable oil
  5. 2eggs
  6. 1tspn essence of you choice(used banana flavour and strawberry)

    Assemble the ingredients and measure them accurately

    Put sugar and eggs in a bowl and mix with a mixer till well combined and fluffy,can add essence at this stage

    Add cooking oil together with the flour and fold in gently alternating with milk,till a soft consistence batter is a chieved

    Pour into a lined cupcake tray and bake for 25minutes,and design as you wish.
