It is very easy to make with fewer ingredients and in less time... But it's very yummy and healthy too ..
Steps

Wash, peel, and grate (very thin) lauki.. Take a Kadai, on medium heat, add 3 tsp ghee, add grated lauki, saute for a couple of minutes, till it releases water.

Now add desiccated coconut and milk, and combine well. On a slow to medium flame, cook lauki till it turns soft and glossy. Stir well continuously.

When the mixture starts to combine, add milk powder and mix well. Now add sugar, sugar dissolves, and stir till again, combine well.

At this point add cardamom powder and green food colour too.
When it turns like a dough, add the rest of the ghee. - 5
Turn off-gas. Transfer in a greased tray. Set it with the help of a spatula, sprinkle grated dry fruits, and press smoothly on burfi.

When cools completely, keep it in the fridge for 2 hours. Cut into pieces. Garnish with dry rose petals. Enjoy Lazawab Lauki Burfi.
