Ingredients

  • 400 gBeef liver, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 150 gBeef tongue, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 5-6 fresh makrut thai lime leaves, torn
  • A handful ofBuffaloes basil
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Curry paste;
  • 7 dried chilies
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, cut
  • 1 tbsp galangal, crushed
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 coriander root, cut
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp shrimp paste
  • 1/2 tbsp black peppercorns

Steps

    Pound the ingredients thoroughly. Set aside.

    Preheat the pot, add olive oil, and curry paste. Stir fry until fragrant. Put liver and tongue, stir fry until cook. Add makrut thai lime leaves, buffaloes basil and coriander leaves. Serve with steamed rice or sticky rice. Let’s enjoy.
