Cut &wash the mushroom.Heat a pan add1tsp oil put mushroom turmeic,sauted till the water of the mushroom becomes dry.Transfer a plate.

Again heat the pan put rest of the oil,put mustardseeds crackle a bit,than add Chopped onion& greenchilli sauted till it's becomes transparent.

Now add mushroom mix it well,add salt.Sauted 5mints or till it's becomes golden brown.
OnionMushroomStirFry is ready.Serve it hot.
