Assemble ingredients

In moderately heated pan add 1 tbsp ghee, add semolina and roast till semolina turns fragrant and then keep aside.

In same pan add remaining ghee, add Besan and roast till Besan turns fragrant under low to medium flame.

Then add powder sugar and roast for few minutes, then add roasted semolina, mix well and stir for 1-2 minutes. Laddoo mix is cooked.

Allow the mixture to cool for few minutes, grease palms and start binding Laddoos while its warm.
Give shape of Laddoo, Besan Laddoo is ready. - 6
Enjoy Besan Laddoos with joy.
