Laver seasoned broccoli

Laver seaweed is traditionally consumed in Wales in the form of Laverbread. Here I found a variation from the folks at Pembrokeshire Beach Food Company “Welshman’s Caviar” where the seaweed is toasted and flaked. Here I used it in a similar way that you might use flaked nori and mixed with soy and mirin, creating a real Japanese-Welsh fusion!
