  2. 2 tspsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Take a thick bottom Vessel n add milk.

  2. 2

    Then add sugar n let the milk boil. Once it starts boiling, keep the flame on low.

    Let the milk simmer for 45 minutes or an hour

  4. 4

    Meanwhile keep checking with spoon. Scrap the cream from sides. Let it cook on low flame until you get creamy n layered thick rabdi. Let it cool down on room temperature n keep in fridge. Serve chilled.
