500 mlchicken stock
2 tbspdark soy sauce
1/2 tbspmirin
1/2tbsp brown sugar
50 gmiso paste
10 gcrushed ginger
300 gpork
125 gdried noodles
Green veg
2eggs

Cook the pork to required temperature.

Boil water in a pan and cook the eggs for 8 minutes.

Add the chicken stock, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, miso paste, ginger into a pan. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.

Cook the noodles and the green veg.
