  1. 3 tbspsattu flour (chane ka sattu)
  2. 1 litrewater
  3. 1chilled lemon
  4. 8mint chopped leaves
  5. 1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
  6. 3/4 teaspoonblack salt
  7. 1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  9. 1 pinchblack pepper powder

    Prepare sattu flourby grinding 1/3 cup of roasted gram to a fine powder.

    Take a vessel. Add sattu flour and water and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add juicy lemon,crushed mint leaves, black salt, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder and salt and mix well.

    Pour into glass, add ice cubes and serve..

  5. 5

    Now chana sattu is ready to serve
