  • Kesar curd -
  • as required Curd, kesar, condence milk or milk made, kesar essence
  • Paan delight curd-
  • as required Curd, tuty-fruity, green food colour, paan essence
  • as required Mitha paan and sugar
  • Gulkand pistachio curd -
  • as required Curd, gulkand, powdered sugar,rose petals, pistachios
  • as per needWhite rose essences
  • Rose curd -
  • as requiredCurd, rose petals, dry cherry, vanilla essence, powdered sugar
  • Dry fruit curd -
  • as requiredCurd, kaju, badam, kishmish, almond essence, condence milk

Steps

  1. 1

    So basically, whatever curd you are going to make, firstly whisk curd properly.

  2. 2

    Add powered sugar or condence milk or milk made (I prefer Nestle condence milk as the texture should be smooth)

  3. 3

    Add flavours and all the ingredients mentioned above to make your choice of flavours curd.

  4. 4

    Decorate it and keep it in fridge for 10-15 mints to enhance its flavour
