Ramen with stir fried green leeks

#CookEveryPart
Leek is one of the common veggies but the green part is often thrown away. That part is actually nutritious and tasty if you cook right.
The green leaves go well with sesame oil and savoury ramen soup. Just stir fry it, season it, and then put it on your ramen bowl 🍜
