For Biryani:-
Wash n Soak basmati rice for 10-15min.
Cook 70%. Addind salt 1/2 tsp.ghee n few drops of lemon juice Strain in a strainer. Pour tap water n strain.Allow it to cool. - 2
Mean while Merinate Paneer pieces with red chilli powder Ginger chilli garlic paste butter salt Mix it well.Cover and nerinate for 15_20Min.
Apply oil in a griller and grill paneer pieces. - 3
ForPanner Tikka :-Heat butter oil in a pan Add onion Tomatoes and capsicum cubes salt.saute.Now add ginger chilli pgarlic paste saute till vegetables looks trasparant.
Allow it to cool.
Take in a mixie jar and make a paste.
Again heat butter transfer Paste and add Shahi paneer masala pouch salt cook on slow flame n add grilled paneer. Add 1/2Glass water Cook on a slow flame for 5-7min.Add coriander and kasuri methi. Turn off flame.
Make a dhrungar with charcoal. - 4
Take a clay pot.Heat ghee crackle cumin seeds.Add Masala e magic pouch red chilli powder turmeric powder and Saute.Add
cooked rice. Mix it wellwith soft hand. Now Spread birasta chopped coriander and Shahi paneer tikka. Mic Properly.
Cover the lid.Seal Pot with kneaded dough.And give keep on a tawa on a v.slow flame for 3-4Min.
Matka Biryani is ready. - 5
Take a serving pot. Open the seal and serve.Garnish with Grilled paneer tikka.Birasta grated paneer and chopped coriander.
