Scrap Parwal with knife.Cut it into half and make a slit
Pressure cook for 1 whistle.

For making gravy take a grinder put tomato onion garlic ginger green chilli cashew laung Elaichi dalchini and make a smooth paste.

Heat oil.Add jeera put the gravy paste and cook cover for 5 min

Add all masala and cook again covered add little water if required

Add Parwal and mix gently cook for 1 min

Ready to serve.

Serve hot with chapati.
