Mix flour with all spices, oil,methi leaves, and knead a dough by adding water as needed and make a soft dough and keep aside

Make a small ball from dough and press it with palm and roll it in circle with rolling pan

Heat a pan and cook each thepla from both side till it is golden brown by applying oil on both side and cook it
- 4
Serve it with pickle or jaggery ghee which is very good for kids during winter.
