Slit chillies

Take besan in mixing bowl add salt red chilli powder soda

Take amchur and salt fill in chillies

Add water in besan and make semi thick lumps free batter

Add tsp hot oil and mix it

Heat oil in pan dip filled chillies in batter and deep fry it in hot oil

Fry till crispy golden in colour serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup and pav
