  • 1 medium slicepiyaz
  • 2 inch pcAdrak slice
  • 8-10Lehsan big cloves
  • For Potli
  • 2 tablespoon sonf
  • 2 tablespoon sabut dhanya
  • 2 tablespoon zeera
  • ek malmal k kpry mein potli bnalen
  • Sabut garam masala
  • 2 tez patta
  • 2 badyan phool
  • 6 laung
  • 10-12 sabut kali mirchen
  • 2 bari elaichi
  • 3 choti elaichi
  • 1 inch pcdarcheeni
  • 1 teaspoonSalt
  • For Pulao
  • 1 kiloChawal
  • 2 mediumPiyaz sliced
  • 1 cupOil / Ghee
  • 2 tablespoonAdrak Lehsan paste
  • 10-12Choti hari mirchen sabut
  • 2 tablespoonChoti hari mirchen psi hui
  • 3 mediumAloo
  • 1 paoDahi
  • 1/2 cupHara dhanya
  • 1 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  • 1 teaspoonSonf psi hui
  • 1 tablespoon Kewra water (if you are using kewra essence use few drops)

    YAKHNI KLYE
    Sab cheezon ko mila kar boil karein jab tak k gosht gal jaey or half liter yakhni baqi rhy to potli ko achi trha dbba kar pani nikal lein or potli ko discard krden.

    PULAO KLYE
    piyaz ko oil mein fry karein, Jab transparent hojaey to adrak lehsan paste Aloo boil meat(without yakhni) hari mirchen,psi hari mirchen sab dal kar bhoon lein

  3. 3

    Ab dahi dal kar bhonen, or yakhni or Aloo dal dein

  4. 4

    Jab Aloo half done hojaen to soaked chawal psa grm masala, dhanya, kewra or chawal k hisab se salt add karein, agr yakhni km ho to pani add karein or pkalen.

  5. 5

    Pani dry hojaey to dum pe rkhden
    Ready to serve😋
