Steps

Mix sugar and ghee and beat till both are mixed and become one

Sieve maida suji and besan and baking powder

Add into sugar and ghee mixture put elaichi powder and make semi soft dough with milk

Make small balls by pressing it and put chopped dryfruit on it

Bake in oven at 180°C for half an hour or till it turns into little brownish
If not oven take kadai put small stand and keep the cookies to bake in it on slow flame and cover it - 6
Cookies or nankhatai ready
