Drumsticks Leaves Besan
Steps

Cut and wash the drumstick leaves. Heat a oil in the kadhaai on medium flame. Than add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and hing.

When mustard seeds are cracked add the drumstick leaves and ginger garlic paste. Saute it. Than add the all masala ingredients. Stir it and add the besan. Saute it 1 minute.

Add the water slowly and stirring continue till cook the besan. Than switch off the flame and add the lemon juice and mix well.

A very tastey healthy Drumstick leaves Besan for ready to serve.Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with chapati, rice, paratha.
