  • 30 gCarrot
  • 100 gCucumber
  • 50 gCelery
  • 10 gGinger
  • ★2tbsp Lemon juice
  • ★1/2tsp Salt
  • ★1tbsp Sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a bowl of salted water (2 cups of water and 2 teaspoons of salt), cut the vegetables into strips and soak them.

  2. 2

    Cut the ginger into strips and mix with "★".

  3. 3

    Drain the water from the vegetables in step 1and dress with 2.
