Papaya Marinade

I use as a 'second' marinade mostly. Example: Chicken Tacos: marinate chicken with whatever marinade you want. Grill chicken. Don't over cook. Dice chicken and maybe some veg's. Heat up a skillet, HOT, add drizzle of oil chicken and veg. Toss couple seconds. Make sure it's still to temp (hot) NOW I would add Papaya Marinade, not much maybe a tbsp per half lbs food or to preference. Toss thoroughly usually no more than 10 secs, as long as the skillet was hot enough (flash cook). Remove from heat.

  1. .5Cup~ Water
  2. 1 CupSoy Sauce
  3. 2 CupsPineapple Juice
  4. 2 TbspCumin
  5. 2 TbspGarlic Minced
  6. .333(1/3) Cup Lime Juice
  7. .5 LbsPapaya Fruit
  8. .75 CupChipotle Puree
  9. 1 CupHoney
  10. 1 CupDijon Mustard
  11. 6 OzExtra Virgin Olive Oil
  12. 2 TbspBlack Pepper
  13. 1.5 TbspDried Oregano

    Well blend all ingredients. Should be smooth thick consistency. Ill cool for at least 4 hours.
