Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2large tomatoes (about 500g)
  • ★1/2 a small chopped onion (75g)
  • ★(optional) chopped parsley (to taste)
  • ★3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ★1 tablespoon sugar
  • ★one third of the teaspoon salt
  • ★1 tablespoon vinegar
  • ★about an inch garlic paste in tube

Steps

  1. 1

    Put "★" in a bowl and mix.

  2. 2

    Peel off tomatoes in hot water. (Ripe tomatoes can be peeled like peaches without having to boil them.)

  3. 3

    Put 2 in the marinade liquid and toss together. Wrap and put it in the fridge.
