How to make idli: - Mix semolina, curd, and salt to taste well in a pot and keep it covered for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, mix the mixture with baking soda and water as required to make a medium-thick batter.

Now Idli Maker, oil it and steam it for 10 minutes with that batter, then Idli is ready.
Method of making upma: - In a pan, fry the peanuts with white oil, then fry the dried chili, whole cumin, whole mustard, curry leaves, chana dal, and urad dal in that oil for 30 seconds. - 4
After 30 seconds, chopped onion, chopped ginger, chopped green chilies, add salt to taste and fry in small pieces for 5 minutes, mix well with broken idli and fried peanuts and serve hot with coconut chutney / any other chutney.
