Clean the beef and slice it thinly. Marinate with 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon MSG, 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper, and 1 minced clove of garlic for 20 minutes.
Clean the lemongrass and either finely slice or mince it as desired. Mince the chili peppers. - 2
Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Once hot, add all the minced lemongrass and chili peppers and sauté until fragrant over medium heat. Then add the beef and stir well. Add 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon MSG, and 1 tablespoon soy sauce (adjust to taste), then add about 2 tablespoons of water. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes, adjust seasoning to taste, and turn off the heat once the beef is just cooked through to avoid it becoming tough.
