I always stock tinned tomatoes, pasta, and garlic, and I grow basil leaves, so I can always make this pasta with what I have at home!
And today, I am back in the kitchen for the first time in 3 weeks!🥳 I’m still in the process of recovery, but feeling really happy that I can cook what I want to eat and I can do what makes me happy☀️

Boil pasta. Add 1% salt to the boiling water.

Add olive oil in a frying pan and cook garlic until it becomes fragrant.

Add diced tomato and simmer until the taste of tomatoes turn from sour to sweet. Please taste it by yourself and feel the change. Sprinkle some salt and add a cube of chicken stock. Mix well.

Add boiled pasta in the sauce and mix well.

Ready to serve. I’m adding basil leaves on top to make it look prettier 😄🌱
