  • 2 cupslemon square pieces
  • 1/2rai powder
  • 2 tsp methi powder,
  • 2 tsp haldi powder
  • 4 tsp mirchi powder,
  • 1 tsp hing
  • 1/2 Cupoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix rai, methi, haldi, mirchi powder in one bowl. Mix hing.

  2. 2

    Add lemon pieces.Mix well,

  3. 3

    Keep in bottle.

  4. 4

    Next day heat oil. Allow to cool.Pour in pickle.
