2pounds, Alaska cake
Alaska cake
600grm, Whipping cream
chocolate ganach as taste
Frosting ganache
as neededFondant

Take 2 pounds Alaska cake, do crumb coat and leave it for 1 hr in fridge.

Take it out from fridge, cut it out and shape it into a bird.

Now do crumb coat and leave it for 15 minutes in fridge.

Decorate with leaf nozzle. Use fondant for face details.
