1 tspcurry
1 tspsalt
4 cubesmaggi
4 cupswater
1big onion
1Green pepper
Dried ginger and garlic

Peel and wash your potatoes and keep aside.

Blend the pepper and half of the onion.

Wash the assorted meat and put into a pot and add water. Then add all dry ingredients in the pot, cut your onion into small sizes and add into the meat and allow to cook for 30minutes.

After the above has been cooking for 30 minutes, add your blended pepper and little oil and allow to simmer for a further 10minutes.

Then add your potatoes and allow it to cook. When it's almost done add your carrots and allow it to cook in low heat.
