Steps

Take three potatoes and boil them (do not split it) take 4 whistle's

Than Peelit out and grate it

Add kashmiri red chilli powder, Salt,and jeera powder to it

Mix it well and make a mixture out of it

Then take pappad maker or roll it out by keeping the dough between the plastic sheets as it do not stick (and also add few drops of oil on the sheets so it does not stick)

Then place it on another plastic sheet and place it under the sun to dry for 1 day

It will look like this after it is dried

The papad is ready to eat
