Aam Papad is a favourite of many, so let’s dig
Steps

Wash, peel and add mangoes without seeds to a blender. Make a pulp and set aside

Blend smooth, set aside. Add to a wok and bring it to heat on medium flame, stir

Stir continuously and pulp will gradually thicken, add sugar and continue stirring
- 4
Stir until thick, add cardamom powder and thicken the consistency, set aside to cool

Grease a plate and add the pulp, spread evenly.

Sun dry for 3-4 days and once dry set aside, cut into lengths and roll, set aside
- 7
Plate and enjoy.
