In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add the yogurt and mix well. Then add the milk and knead into a dough. If needed, add water to make a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, knead the dough again. Make small balls, apply a little oil on them, and cover with a cloth.

Heat a skillet well. Take a dough ball and roll it into a flatbread of your desired size. Sprinkle some nigella seeds on top and apply water on the other side. Place it on the skillet, pressing slightly. Once one side is browned, flip the skillet to cook the other side until browned. Apply butter and serve hot with dal makhani or any vegetable curry.
