  • 2 tbspMustard oil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1 TSPHaldi
  • 1 tbspMustard powder
  • 1 tbspMethi powder
  • 1 tbspSaunf powder
  • 1 tbspSaunf

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut mirchi into 2 inch long and slit in between

  2. 2

    Take bowl add mirchi add all masala

  3. 3

    Heat oil add saunf.Pour it over Mirchi

  4. 4

    Keep it in sunlight for 5 hrs

  5. 5

    Store it in airtight container
    Can be kept stored in fridge for 3 months

  6. 6

    Enjoy with chapati
