An easy Taiwanese summer dessert known as Honey Lemon Aiyu. It is also called Fon Mi Nin Mon Aiyu. Fon Mi means Honey and Nin Mon is Lemon. Aiyu is a jelly made from seeds of awkeotsang creeping fig in Taiwan, but since the seeds are not allowed to be brought into the US, the only way to enjoy this jello is from a can. If you like boba tea, aiyu is actually one of the popular topping that you might be familiar with.
