Soak basmati rice well for 20 minutes. Pour milk in a pan and bring to a boil. Add a pinch of saffron and bring to a boil.

Take the flower in the coconut and chop it into small cubes. The flower can be eaten as it is. The taste is wonderful.

When the milk boils, crush the rice by hand and add it to the milk. When the rice is well cooked, add sugar.

When everything is mixed together, add the chopped coconut flower and cook for 5 minutes.When it is cooked, finally add the cardamom powder and let it cool.

Put the ghee in the pan and fry the cashew nuts and mix it with the phirni. Now the coconut phirni is ready.It can be served hot, put in the fridge and serve even after cooling.
