As we are into mango season and as its available in abundance, so can’t stop thinking of a dessert without mangoes
So presenting an easy mango dessert keeping milk as the key ingredient along with sweet sweet mango
Its a mango flavoured rich, delicious and creamy dessert.

As we are into mango season and as its available in abundance, so can’t stop thinking of a dessert without mangoes

Boil sago pearls till translucent, rinse under cold water and strain to drain excess water and keep aside. Keep in refrigerator.

In pan add milk + sugar + milk powder, mix well. Switch on flame and cook / stir milk under low to medium flame and reduce milk to more than half of original quantity milk, allow to cool.

Add mango purée to reduced milk, mix well and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Now add the cooled sago pearls into milk mango mixture, add mango cubes + dry fruits (optional) and give a good mix. Serve into bowls, garnish with mango cubes + tutti frutti or any dry fruits and serve chilled.
