  1. 14 ozmonkfish cheeks (about 400 g)
  2. 1 tablespoonolive oil (15 ml)
  3. 1 tablespoonchopped fresh basil (or 1 tablespoon dried basil)
  4. 2sun-dried tomatoes
  5. 1 tablespoongranulated garlic

    Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes and mix them with the garlic, basil, and olive oil.

    Combine the marinade with the monkfish cheeks and mix well. Let marinate for 1 hour.

    Cook the monkfish cheeks in a skillet with the marinade. You don't need to add extra oil; the marinade is enough.
