Steps
- 1
Mix all ingredients together and then knead together into a ball for about 5 minutes
- 2
Let sit for two hours in a sealed bowl (I used plastic wrap and a kitchen towel)
- 3
After two hours, but ball in half and add a mixture of flour and rolled oats at the bottom of a bread loaf pan (for non-stick)
- 4
Let dough rise in bread pan covered for 45 minutes
- 5
Score top and bake for 20 minutes on 450°F
- 6
After 20 minutes, turn off oven and crack the oven for 5 minutes slowly releasing the heat.
- 7
Remove bread from oven and place bread loafs on a bread board/cooling rack for at least 10 minutes before serving. The exterior will be hard until fully cooled—just makes it a lot messier to cut into slices.
- 8
Serve with your fave and enjoy!!
