For Bati
Take one big bowl knead the wheat flour with all the ingredients. Make a tight dough.keep aside for 15 minutes. - 2
After some time make a roll and spread the dough in your palm and fill grated ginger and green chilli and achar masala.

Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Grease the tin and place the baati and cook for 10-12 minutes. After the dip the bati in desi ghee.

For Dal
Soak the daal for 2-3 hours. Pressure cook it with chopped tomatoes, salt and haldi powder. - 5
Take one big bowl. Add ghee, heeng, jeera and all tadka ingredients. Mix in dal. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Enjoy this with fresh chanch, onion, green chilli and curma.
