Milk plays a vital role in providing nutrition to our mind and body , so what about if some more goodness is added to MILK for more richness and goodness.

Steps

Assemble all ingredients, chop dates and remove seed.

Soak chopped dates in 1/2 cup milk for 1 -2 hours. Soak cashews for half hour and soak raisins for 10 minutes.
Take overnight soaked almonds and remove skin. - 3
In blender jar add soaked dates along with milk + cashews + almonds + raisins + walnuts + half cup milk and blend all till smooth. Then add remaining milk + honey + cardamom powder and blend till smooth.

Blend very well, Shake is ready.

Serve chilled or at room temperature, garnish with chopped pista and serve.
